3 Sisters Gypsy Rosa Lee is a ten year old black mare with impeccable bloodlines 56 percent Tobe. Her Sire is Kilburn’s Chocolate Sundown who is a Foundation Stallion a descendent of Old Tobe. When Kilburn’s Chocolate Sundown died at the age of 31, over 200 Rocky owners from six states attended his memorial service. Her dam is also sired by Buddy Row and out of Nance II. Rosa Lee and Jewel are half sisters. She had been strictly used as a brood mare with only two weeks of training for the certification until I purchased her and was used as a trail horse last summer; it was unbelievable how well she did. I feel very fortunate to own this mare and would like to thank Gerald and Shirley Martin from 3 Sisters Farm for selling me this very special mare. Rosa Lee had a beautiful chocolate, white mane and tail filly this year by Toco Sam who is a 21 year-old stallion, who has recently passed on. He is from the original old bloodlines. He was the 1990 International Confirmation Champion and the 1997 International winner of the Master Stallion Class. He also won numerous other awards.
